Terms of Sale

The offer. Prices are in EUR, VAT included where applicable, shipping included. Each product page states what the piece is and how it is made. Photography is faithful; knitted colour may vary slightly between batches, which is the nature of yarn.

The order. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed by Stripe. You receive a confirmation email. Production starts after confirmation and takes about 2 to 3 weeks, plus shipping.

Cancellation. You can cancel free of charge until your piece goes on the machine, usually within 48 hours. After delivery, the 14 day EU withdrawal right applies as described in Shipping & Returns.

Warranty. The 2 year EU legal guarantee of conformity applies to every piece. Care instructions ship with each order.
